You may supply your personal contact information during routine use of this website, and that information is stored in a secure area of this website, and used purely for the specific purpose you initially supplied it - usually as part of a query about a product, or perhaps as part of a purchase transaction.

Automatically after 7 days your data is removed from this website completely. During that 7 day period where your data is stored securely on this website, it is regularly exported in an encrypted form to another private computer system which is both physically isolated and secured, and furthermore where it exists only in an encrypted state. There is no third party element in any of these prescribed transactions; everything to all intents and purposes remains in-house as it were, and all IT operations are handled as securly as feasible.

If we have communicated by email your email address will be automatically stored in my contacts database on my computer, and likewise our history of communication also resides within my email application. My email system, operates in exactly the same manner as the webserver described above.
